Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GueauxStudio. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to record, generate, store, transmit, or publish content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
  • Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
  • Depicts non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery of any person
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity
  • Infringes any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
  • Contains malware, exploits, or links intended to compromise systems
  • Provides regulated professional advice (medical, legal, financial, tax) you are not qualified to provide
  • Makes deceptive claims about products, services, or other people

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Circumventing usage limits, credit allocations, billing, or rate limits
  • Sharing or reselling account access, API keys, or session output without written permission
  • Scraping, mirroring, or systematically downloading the Service
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or model weights
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent
  • Interfering with other users, our infrastructure, or our service providers
  • Using automated agents to generate sessions, comments, or signups

3. AI-Specific Restrictions

  • Do not use the Service to produce deepfakes or to misattribute statements to real people
  • Do not use AI-generated outputs to impersonate, defame, or defraud
  • Do not present AI-generated content as the work of a named human without disclosure where disclosure is required by law or platform policy

4. Reporting Violations

Report abuse, copyright infringement (DMCA), or safety issues to gueauxstudio@gueaux.com. Include the session ID or video URL and a clear description of the issue.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove offending content, restrict features, suspend the account, terminate the account, preserve and disclose data to comply with law, or refer matters to law enforcement. Violations resulting in termination are not eligible for refund.

6. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
