AI Disclosure Policy

GueauxStudio is an AI-powered product. This page explains, in plain language, where artificial intelligence is used in the Service and what that means for you. By using GueauxStudio you acknowledge and consent to the AI processing described below.

1. What AI Does in GueauxStudio

1.1 AI Hosts

Your recording sessions are conducted with AI avatars (currently "Liv" and "Leo"). These hosts are generated by third-party large-language and avatar systems. They are not human beings, do not have personal experience, and do not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Their prompts, follow-up questions, and reactions are AI-generated.

1.2 AI Transcription

Audio captured during a session is transcribed by an automated speech-recognition system (AssemblyAI). Transcripts may contain errors, especially with names, jargon, or accented speech.

1.3 AI Editing

The final video is produced by an automated editing pipeline that selects clips, removes silence and filler words, adds transitions, music, and overlays, and renders the result through Shotstack and Mux. No human reviews the edit before it is delivered to you.

1.4 AI Metadata Generation

Title, summary, target audience, best quote, and other metadata are generated from your transcript by a large language model (Google Gemini). These outputs are suggestions only and may be incorrect, biased, or incomplete.

2. Your Responsibility for AI Outputs

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing every AI-generated output before publishing or sharing it.
  • You should not rely on AI-generated titles, summaries, or quotes without verifying accuracy.
  • You must not publish content that misattributes statements, fabricates facts, or misleads viewers.

3. Limitations of AI

AI systems can produce inaccurate, biased, or fabricated content ("hallucinations"). Edits may cut a thought mid-sentence, omit context, or reorder ideas in a way that changes meaning. GueauxStudio makes no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free of bias.

4. Use of Your Data with AI

We do not use your video content, audio, or transcripts to train foundation AI models. Third-party providers process your content only to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of subprocessors and their roles.

5. Acknowledgement at Sign-Up

When you create an account you are asked to acknowledge that the Service is AI-powered, that AI outputs may contain errors, and that you are responsible for reviewing what you publish. This acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp and the version of this policy in effect at the time.

6. Changes

If we materially change how AI is used in the Service we will update this policy and may require you to re-acknowledge before continuing to use the Service.
