Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for Gueaux Studio subscriptions. By subscribing to any Gueaux Studio plan, you agree to the terms described here.
2. Subscription Billing
Gueaux Studio subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month or year. All prices are in US dollars.
Current plan pricing:
- Creator — $39/month or $390/year
- Pro — $99/month or $990/year
- Studio+ — $249/month or $2,490/year
- Enterprise — Custom pricing via inquiry
3. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, your subscription begins at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period. Trial availability and duration are subject to change.
4. Overage Billing
If you exceed the number of AI-edited sessions included in your plan during a billing month, additional sessions are billed at $4.00 per session. Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and added to your next invoice. Overage charges are non-refundable.
You will receive an in-app notification when you have used 80% of your included sessions for the month. You may upgrade your plan at any time to increase your session limit.
5. Session Rollover
Unused sessions from your current billing month roll over to the following month, up to a maximum of one month's worth of additional sessions. Rolled-over sessions expire at the end of the following billing period. Sessions do not accumulate beyond this limit and have no cash value.
6. Cancellation
6.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription," or by contacting us at gueauxstudio@gueaux.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
6.2 Access After Cancellation
You will retain full access to all features of your plan through the end of your paid billing period. After that date, your account will be downgraded to a free or limited access state. Your recorded videos and video data will remain accessible for 90 days following cancellation, after which they may be permanently deleted.
6.3 Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, you may export or download your video content within the 90-day grace period. After this period, we are not obligated to retain your data. If you wish to retain your content, please download it before the grace period expires.
7. Refunds
7.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will not be charged for subsequent periods.
7.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your annual renewal date
- You have not used any sessions in the new annual billing period
If both conditions are met, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7.3 Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Documented and verifiable service failure attributable to Gueaux Studio that prevented you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Duplicate charges resulting from billing errors on our part

7.4 Overage Refunds
Overage charges are non-refundable. If you believe an overage charge was applied in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors.
8. Plan Changes
8.1 Upgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period at the new plan rate, and your next full billing cycle will be at the upgraded plan price.
8.2 Downgrades
You may downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain your current plan's features and session limits through the end of the current billing period.
9. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are priced and billed under custom agreements negotiated directly with Gueaux Studio. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are specified in the individual agreement. If no specific terms are agreed upon, the terms in this policy apply.
10. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at gueauxstudio@gueaux.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will work to resolve legitimate billing disputes promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
